After several enquiries from clients, requesting that we create a product to accommodate their thermal printers, Computer Security & Solutions developed a product that would protect the expensive thermal printers from dust and fluid on the factory floor.

The unit gives access to the printer in 2 areas, firstly the main access door allows the printer to be roll out on the telescopic shelf for label changes etc, whilst the label access door allows the printed labels to be removed without having to open the main door. Then at the end of the shift the door is locked, mainly in wash down areas.

The enclosures are manufactured from both mild steel and stainless steel (for food processing factories). Companies such as Nestle find our products extremely cost effective and flexible. The range includes IP56 (dust and splash proof protection) to IP66 (wash down with high pressure jet).
